藥理藥效:薯蕷皂素是一種植物類固醇,誘導(dǎo)結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞凋亡和誘導(dǎo)骨肉瘤細(xì)胞凋亡,細(xì)胞周期阻滯和COX活性。

熔點(diǎn): 205-208°C
沸點(diǎn): 527.1 °C at 760 mmHg
比旋光度: D25 -129° (c = 1.4 in CHCl3)
外觀: 白色至淡黃色片狀或針狀結(jié)晶
溶解性: 二氯甲烷:5mg/ml(需超聲)
乙醇:1mg/ml(需超聲)
DMSO:基本不溶
HPLC檢測建議用二氯甲烷溶解后再用甲醇稀釋,純甲醇溶解性不好。
儲存條件: 2-8℃
